            Next is the HR-KL-100 dry ice production machine with output up to 100 kg/hour (220 lbs/hour) for cooling transportation, catering, medical centers, winemakers, etc. This is more than just a dry ice production ice machine that produces dry ice pellets for cooling, manual Dry Ice Cleaning, or other applications. The HR-KL-100 can also produce dry ice for companies with automatic blasting needs and capabilities. What are the requirements for dry ice pellet production?

        - First, in order to be able to produce dry ice, you need a CO2 storage tank that can store liquid carbon dioxide and can be connected to a dry ice production machine.(You can also "contact our engineers directly" to customize the CO2 storage tank you want.)    

        - The second piece required is of course one of our "HR-KL series dry ice production machines".

        - Obtain liquid carbon dioxide from the carbon dioxide gas supply source and transport the liquid carbon dioxide to the dry ice machine's feeding system. Before entering the main granulator, some pre-treatment steps may be required, such as filtration or removal of possible impurities.

        - Liquid carbon dioxide is released and ejected in a certain pattern through the nozzle of a dry ice making machine or other device. This is usually done inside a cooling chamber, allowing the liquid carbon dioxide to rapidly evaporate, forming dry ice pellets.

        - Finally, to keep the dry ice pellets fresh, we offer our customers the possibility to purchase dry ice containers (at least 2 "dry ice containers", because when one dry ice container is full, the other can be used for filling).
